Overview
Many Corsair models avoid a realistic scale look because the unusual gull wing can be difficult to build, but the Hangar 9's wing accurately replicates that of its full-scale inspiration.

Much like "Pappy" Boyington, the colorful WWII ace who made the Corsair famous, Hangar 9's ARF version of this warbird legend is in a class by itself. It features all the usual Hangar 9® ARF amenities like top-quality balsa and ply construction, UltraCote® covering and all necessary hardware. It also boasts preinstalled retracts that rotate 90 degrees and tuck into the wings, parallel to the fuselage, just like the real thing. Factor in the phenomenal flight performance and other scale touches like the prepainted fiberglass cowl and authentic trim scheme and it's easy to see why this is destined to be one of the most popular sport ARFs ever.
